The purity of honey can only be checked in labs, it's not about what honey tastes like, and definitely not by its color which is a common misunderstanding of the nature of honey.

Our lab tests are done in UAE's finest labs, the Central Testing Labs of Abu Dhabi Quality & Conformity Council.

We test all our honey, and we refuse to add any product in our shop that is in any way altered, which is why we test every batch we receive to ensure the highest quality is always maintained.

The tests mainly check for impurities, and it reports the composition of Sucrose, Glucose and Fructose in the honey, and the total reducing sugars percentage in the overall sample.

Our reports are available in three main places that are easily accessible to all:

• On each bottle of honey: You'd find a QR code for you to scan, which will guide you to the lab report associated with the honey you're holding
